Yes, in order to complete your booking you need to pay the full amount.

Cancelation Policy:

  • Administration charges equal to the full amount of payment are held in cases of:
  1. Non show up.
  2. Cancelations later than 5 days before the date of the rental.
  • No charges are held if cancelation occurs up to 6 days before the date of the rental while full deposit is refunded having deducted bank’s charges.

Cancelations due to adverse weather conditions or ferry delays are subject to the result of civilized conversations between the lesser company and the guest as well as the final decision of the company owner himself.

Yes, we can deliver the bikes at the port, airport and hotels within 7kms from our store, free of charge. If your desired location is in greater distance, you will be charged 5€ for each bike.

Check out, should always be made in our store. It is very close to the port anyway.

 

Yes! We provide all our guests with helmet, lock, compact charger, drawstring backpack, elastic straps for the rear rack, small set of basic tools and map, free of charge.

No problem. We can provide extra batteries to you with a small fee, as long as we know it in advance to reserve them for you.

Yes! But we should know about it, so as to note it in your rental contract. And guess what! Our bikes do not pay a ticket in the ferry.

Yes, we got you covered. We have a group of collaborative businesses that are official Aurelia Charging Spots. You can check them out in our website, here*. Or have your eyes open for a flag/banner/sticker saying so.
